17. Free Trial & Subscription Plans
17.1 Free Trial is only offered for our monthly subscription plan and its total duration is subject to change anytime without notice. The customer will be able to try any of our legal templates under a free trial. Ziji Legal Forms does not offer any refunds after a free trial is successfully converted into a monthly subscription. Each user is limited to one free trial and this is subject to change without notice.
17.2 Monthly Subscription is currently offered via free trial only and the billing cycle starts from the original purchase date (end of free trial) to the same date of the following month. The customer’s credit card will be billed automatically within 7 days after the termination of the free trial. The customer may purchase a monthly subscription plan after successfully registering for a free trial. Our prices are subject to change anytime without notice. However, any customer who is enrolled in a monthly subscription plan will continue to pay the original locked-in subscription price on each auto-renewal date until canceled.
17.3 Annual Subscription is valid for a full year and the billing cycles start from original purchase date to the same date of the following year. However, any customer who is enrolled in an annual subscription plan will continue to pay the original subscription price on each auto-renewal date until canceled.
17.4 All free trials and monthly/annual subscription plans cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned by the customer.
18. Cancellations & Renewal Policy
18.1 Free trials are automatically converted into a monthly subscription plan after the trial period ends. We will send a notification email when the customer signs up for a free trial including its duration and the auto-charge amount with the conversion date to their registered email address. Ziji will send another notification when a free trial is successfully auto-converted into a monthly subscription plan after the trial period ends.
18.2 All subscription plans offered on our website are auto-renewed at the end of the customer's billing cycle and their original method of payment is charged automatically for the subscription amount due during each renewal.
18.3 The customer may cancel a free trial anytime within its duration on our website to avoid any charges by visiting the Order section and changing the subscription setting. When the customer cancels a monthly or an annual subscription plan, we will disable the auto-renewal of the subscription plan, effective on the subscription plan's next payment period, and send a cancellation notification to the user's registered email address. The customer will continue to have access to all our legal documents until the last day of their current billing cycle of their respective subscription plan.
